The immersion cleaning machines from Dust Solutions clean degrease, rinse, phosphate, passivate, oil, paint and dry all kinds of metal and plastic parts.

Cleaning of parts:

Because the soiled parts are completely immersed in the washing liquid, even the most difficult places or holes are thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning of the parts is done in a closed cabin. The up and down movement of the loading platform in the immersion machine ensures that the contact between the parts and the liquid is improved and the parts are cleaned intensively.

• Immersion flushing by means of an up and down movement is the ideal solution when channels, holes and blind holes in parts need to be cleaned.
• To promote the cleaning process you can also opt for an immersion machine equipped with ultrasonic cleaning. Due to the mechanical influence of ultrasonic cleaning, the strongest contamination is released, even when this contamination is deeply hidden in holes or channels.
