DC 11 Modular stationary vacuum cleaner

The DC11 module is a modularly built unit that can be customized for the customer’s specific wishes and requirement for different types of applications.
The unit is equipped with a powerful side channel pump to reach high negative pressure and is available in: 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW, 11 kW P, 11 kW S and XL-edition. The pump is built in with a silencing casing to maintain a low sound level. The unit is equipped with a frequency inverter so the engine can be set to three different capacities. The DC11 filtering system is built up out of a particularly efficient cyclone separator and an automatically cleaned cartridge filter for efficient separation and long lifespan. Because of the cyclone in the filter unit the dust particles of at least 10 µm can be separated. Then the dust is filtered by a cartridge filter. The rest of the fine dust can be separated with the help of a micro filter with a dust collection ratio of 99.97%is necessary.
The filter is cleaned by a compressed air cleaning system. The conical shape of the filter and this extremely effective cleaning method guarantee a long filter life span. The separated material is collected in a synthetic bag underneath the unit. The filter can be changed dust free. The unit is built on a solid steel frame.
