Vacuum Cleaner DC Storm / DC 5900l Mobile dust collector with Longopac
Powerful mobile dust collector suitable for industrial cleaning in the metal industry, source extraction on hand tools, welding fume extraction, central extraction and extraction of hazardous substances.
The unit is equipped with two large fixed wheels and two swivel wheels. The DC Storm / DC 5900 is equipped with a 400V (4kW or 9.2kW) side channel pump to achieve a high underpressure and large air displacement.
The dust collection in the filter unit takes place in two stages. Through the cyclone effect of the filter unit, the dust particles with a particle size of at least 10 μm. are separated. The dust is then filtered through a cartridge filter. The remaining very fine dust, if any, is separated using a Hepa H13 filter with a dust separation efficiency of 99.995%.
The cartridge filter can be semi-automatically cleaned using the reverse-pulse system. The conical shape of the filter and this highly effective cleaning method ensure long filter life and maximum suction power for a long time. The separated material is collected in a plastic bag or collection container under the unit. The bag and filters can be changed dust-free. Furthermore, it is possible to tilt the cyclone, which makes it easy to change the filters and to move the unit.
