DC 5900a Mobile dust extractor with steel container
Powerful mobile dust extractor suitable for industrial cleaning activities in the metal industry, source suction for hand tools, extraction of welding fumes, central extraction and extraction of substances that can be a health hazard.
The unit is equipped with two big fixed wheels and two castors. The DC 5900 has a 400V (4kW or 9.2kW) side channel pump to reach high vacuum pressure and high airflow.
The dust extraction in the filter unit happens in two phases. Because of the filter unit cyclone the dust particles that are at least 10 µm. in size are extracted. The dust is then filtered by a cartridge filter. The remaining very fine dust, if still present, will be extracted with the help of a micro filter (HEPA13) with 99.995% dust collecting efficiency.
The cartridge filter can be cleaned semi-automatically through the so-called reverse-pulse system. The conical shape of the filter and the highly effective cleaning method guarantee a long life span for the collector and long lasting maximal suction power. The vacuumed material is collected in a synthetic bag underneath the unit. The bag and the filters can be changed dust free. It is also possible to tilt the cyclone, making it easy to change the filters and move the unit.
