The MF Hepa is a mobile extractor with replaceable filter cartridge for extraction of welding fumes and grinding dust which are carcinogenic and can cause many health problems. Through double filtration, the HEPA 13 filter captures 99.995% of the most harmful dust particles. The MF HEPA is an affordable, versatile and flexible extraction unit for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries that can be moved between different workplaces; a practical solution for your workplace.

MF-HEPA is a mobile extraction unit with cartridge pre-filter (9m2) and HEPA H13 / W3 filter box (9m2). Total filter area 18m2.

Flexible and economical

The MF is robustly constructed in powder-coated sheet steel and easy to move at the handles due to the smooth-running ball bearing wheels (two swivel castors with brake and two
(fixed wheels). The MF can be equipped with the flexible Flexi extraction arms in 1.5, 2 or 3 meters. These units can also be equipped with an antistatic hose, an external mechanism made of stainless steel and stainless steel nozzles. Especially for corrosive dust and acids

Replaceable filter cartridge

Filtration takes place in two steps; pre-separation of coarse particles and filtration of fine particles with a replaceable filter cartridge. Replacement is easy and only takes a few minutes because of the access panel on the front side.

Cartridge is a 12 m2 filter cartridge with up to 99% efficiency.

Filter cleaning cabinet

Plymoth has developed a filter cleaning cabinet for the intensive cleaning of filter cartridges.
