Operation method

The touchscreen shows two basic parameters to detect the filter condition and to set the cleaning cycle (washing and drying time): the backpressure (mbar). When the cycle ends, it is possible to compare the start and end parameters to check the quality of the cleaning. You can print the same data on a receipt (also sticker) and deliver it to the customer or stick it on the filter.

The work surface of the DPF Catalyst 90/180 is made of a stainless steel grid that can support up to 200 kg. During the cleaning cycle, the water flows through the hole under the stainless steel grid into an underlying tank, once filtered, and purified, returns to the system. We have integrated an adjustable platform on the Total System of the DPF cleaner to clean the largest and heaviest DPF (such as from trucks). The star-shaped disk where the filter is located moves up or down to adjust to the dimensions of the filter. The adjustable pneumatic arm keeps the filter still during the water delivery.

The DS DPF Catalyst 90/180 DPF cleaning machine is equipped with specific filter cartridges to collect the PM10 that comes out of the filter during cleaning and to prevent contamination of the water. In this way, we can provide clean water for every cleaning cycle. There are four filters on one side of the machine in stainless steel holders. The pressure gauge at the top of these indicates the saturation / resistance of the Filters: When the level of the collected PM10 reaches the limit value, replace them. This is to catch Fic filter cartridges for the PM10 that comes out of the filter during cleaning and to prevent contamination of the water. In this way, we can provide clean water for every cleaning cycle.
